This is my favorite of our babies we have right now. We call him Penguin because well he looks like a penguin! He's so cute!

I made Chiles Rellenos yesterday. They were DELICIOUS! Much better than the first time I ever tried to make them and forgot to peel the Chiles. This time I peeled the chiles and stuffed them with potato and cheese. YUMMY!
