The newest edition to our family...Jessica brought me this baby chick last week and since has brought me another. Their mother didnt want them and they were the only 2 that hatched from her batch of eggs. So I have been designated their new mom. The one I have in the picture is so sweet and I think really thinks Im her mom. She loves to be held and if I put her down she follows me everywhere trying to hop up on to my shoes. If I put my hand in her box she runs over and tries to get on my hand. She funny. The newer one we think is a boy so Im trying not to get attached since I dont want any roosters waking me in the morning. So as soon as hes big enough he´ll be going back to their house. Hes super cute though and looks like he has black eye liner around his eyes. Also he has a black and red stripe down his back. So we call him Egypt cause he looks egyptian.
