Thank You!

Thank you for all of your prayers for Elias and I. We still miss our puppy so much but are feeling better and hoping to be able to get another dog soon. We've been trying to find a place around here where we can find another Weimer Rener but haven't had any luck. We bought Toby off the street for less than half the price they are any where else. Unfortunately we have no idea who we bought him from.

English classes are going really well. We have 16 regular students and keep adding a few here and there. We've got some introductions down and they are learning to ask questions using "do". It's a little difficult since "do" doesn't exist in Spanish when asking a question. However, they are all really enjoying it and doing really well. They make me proud. We have a good variety of students and they all help eachother. We have our youngest student who is 9 up to our oldest who is 50. That is for the adult class. The kids class is from 3 to 6 years old. My 6 year old, Evelyn, loves the class so much and her parents say she talks about it all the time. The other day they arrived a few minutes late and her dad said she was so mad at them for getting there late.

My birthday was really nice. Elias made me breakfast and had to go to work. He picked me up for classes and we got lunch here in town. For the adult class he surprised me and bought a birthday cake and soda and we all ate cake together. They sang happy birthday to me in English. After class he gave me a beautiful flower arrangement. I also got to talk to my mom and sister which is a great present in itself. I'll post pictures of all this soon.

I think that's most everything going on here. Only 2 weeks now until I get to visit Boise. I'm very excited to see everyone! Thanks again for all the comments and prayers. We love you and miss you all!
